Midnight. Phone call. My brother has called me because it was an emergency; he couldn’t take it any longer and had to complain to someone right here and right now. The reason for his despair was our mutual mother, or rather her cooking with lots of chemicals in it. Well, she really never heard of three rules of food: hot, fresh and obviously food. Sometimes none of the three are followed. After I put the phone down and just in case checked the time I sat down to write this article.
The simple answer is to eat protein. But how much protein should you eat and what exactly do you understand by protein. Some people think that all it takes is to buy a basket of unknown substances with a Protein label on it and make cocktail all day long. Others immediately imagine blending 10 eggs and drinking them all uncooked and foamy (--- Alisa is trying to suppress the urge to throw up--). But what does it really take to see your muscles?
